Kier Highways Winter Maintenance.

We have for several years now carried out winter maintenance of Kier’s  Schafer-Technic SM10000 Micro-Asphalt machines.   This work involves a major strip-down, assessment & rebuild using genuine Schafer-Technic parts.

• Complete spreader rebuild, new drive sprockets & chains, new bearings & bushes etc.
• Conveyor rebuild, clean & inspect belt, new bearings, new rollers if required.
• Complete overhaul of mixing pugmill, replace all bearings & wearparts etc
• Also carry out service & checks following the Schafer-Technic maintenance schedule.
